Most Japanese Netizens See Korea's Response to Textbooks as Interference

Most Japanese netizens were found to regard Korea's response to
their newly-authorized history textbooks as interference in their domestic affairs.
일본 네티즌 대부분은 새로 승인된 역사 교과서에 관한 한국의 반응을 자국 문제에 대한 간섭으로 여기는 것으로 나타났다.
On the other hand, their Korean counterparts voiced strong
complaints about the local government's *lukewarm reaction to the issue.
* lukewarm : not eager, indifference : 미온적, 소극적
이와는 대조적으로 한국 네티즌들은 이 문제에 대한 국내 정부의 미온적인 반응에 대해 강력한 불만을 표시했다.
The two groups' wide *disparity was revealed via e-mail research
conducted by a local Internet service provider, Mabubkorea Co.,
among 1,094 Korean netizens and 850 Japanese from April 10-15.

Mabubkorea가 한국 네티즌 1,094명과 일본 네티즌 850을 대상으로 4월 10일부터 15일까지 실시한 이메일 조사를 통해 공개되었다.
According to the results, 571 Japanese, or 66 percent, responded
that Korea was *intervening in their domestic affairs by opposing their government's decision.
* intervene : appear as an unrelated feature or circumstance:개입하다
결과에 따르면 일본 네티즌의 66%즉 571명은 한국이 일본 정부의 결정에 반대함으로써 자신들의 국내 문제에 개입하고 있다고 응답했다.
Also, 82 respondents, or 9.5 percent, said Koreans were going too far in protesting against the textbook authorization.
또한 9.5%인 82명의 응답자는 교과서 승인에 대한 한국인들의 항의가 너무 심해지고 있다고 답했다.
As for the revised textbooks' contents, 289 Japanese Internet users described them as very satisfactory and without distorted parts, and 103, or 12 percent, answered that the texts should be more rightist-oriented.
개정된 교과서 내용에 관해, 289명의 일본 네티즌들은 왜곡된 부분 없이 매우 만족스럽다고 응답했으며, 12%인 103명은 교과서 내용이 더욱 우익 중심으로 편찬되어야 한다고 답했다.
